The Coach

My name is Kay Howarth, and I am the creator and coach at Foundations of Empowerment LLC. Establishing my own life coaching practice has always been a dream of mine, and I am thrilled to see it come to fruition. With over ten years of experience working with people, I am deeply passionate about supporting individuals on their journey to self-discovery and personal growth.

At Foundations of Empowerment, my approach is centered on providing a supportive and empowering environment where clients can uncover the answers within themselves. I am not here to dictate what you should do but to guide and encourage you as you find your path. I believe in the power of empowerment and strive to help others make meaningful choices, pursue their dreams, and achieve their goals.
